Do I have to sign-up for a new account for every pet?
No. Once you have signed up, you can buy as many credits as you like and then upload your pets, all using the same account.

How long will my pet's memorial be displayed on Autumn Woods?
Once you upload a pet it will not be removed unless you ask us to do so*. So you can keep coming back and visiting your pet for as long as you like.
(* Pets will be removed (after discussion with the owners of the memorial, if it is possible to do so) if we have had complaints or the content of the memorial is offensive to others)

What happens if I lose my log-in details?
Please contact us at accounts@autumnwoods.co.uk, and let us know as many details as possible about your account. We can then send you a reminder of your log-in details.

Do I need any special software to upload my pets details?
We reccommend that you use the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox to view the website.
You will also need to have the Flash Plug-in installed to view some of the animations and listen to some of the sounds on the site.
To upload a pet you will need to have Cookies and Javascript turned on in your internet browser. These are normally already turned on as standard, if you have turned them off then you will need to turn them back on.
